Then the 12- week Just Move Fitness Programs are designed just for YOU!
These programs are designed for the client who is READY to commit to a lifestyle change and need longer term coaching. All results driven programs include full kinetic assessment, body fat and BMI testing and before photos during initial session.
Just Move Fitness programs are geared towards goal setting and designed based on your current posture assessment, fitness level, and movement kinetics. Recommended to begin with at least 4 lessons. We will review and assess every 4-6 weeks to track progress.
For best results, at least 2 sessions per week are encouraged and allow for at least 3 months to start seeing and feeling results. *Results may vary from individual to individual depending on your dedication and effort outside of our training lessons as well as metabolic function. As a team, we can strive towards your optimal fitness and wellness goals!

Additional Monthly Online Fitness Support
(4) Online virtual sessions to allow for continued support. Fitness programs will be emailed to you weekly to keep you on track whether you are training in person or just want additional personalized fitness programs designed to enhance your current fitness program. Nutrition advice and meal plan updates for additional cost.

Important Training Information
● All in-person lessons are 55 minutes in length.
● Full payment is required prior to first session. I accept check, cash, Paypal and Venmo.
● There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all personal fitness lessons and remote training plans. Full amount of session will be charged if late canceled, NO EXCEPTIONS. Only sessions rescheduled within the same week will be allowed to waive a late cancel fee.
● In-home and outdoor fitness available upon request. (Additional fees apply to travel to your home or meet you outdoors)
