Strict body alignment, meditation, posture therapy, and yogic breathing techniques, are used to guide each individual through a personalized yoga practice.  For all levels. 

1:1 Yoga Services includes:

  • Free wellness phone consultation.

  • A full 60-minute comprehensive Initial Fitness Assessment of your current mobility and posture kinetics, breathing pattern, and overall mind/body connection. Be prepared to move and sweat a little as this session will represent a similar version of your ongoing workouts). 

  • Online customized yoga programs designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being via posture evaluation, body alignment and breath.

  • For the serious athlete, Athletic Stretching programs available with attention to mobility drills for sport specific conditioning.

Intelligent personalized functional fitness training tailored to meet specific health & wellness goals for all ages, fitness levels and body types.

Each program is developed via initial posture and kinetic screenings, human movement assessments, BMI, strength and flexibility analysis, and total body gauging. 

1:1 Training Includes:

  • Free initial phone consultation.

  • A full 60-minute comprehensive Initial Fitness Assessment. Please be prepared to move and sweat a little as this session will represent a similar version of your ongoing workouts). 

  • Customized Fitness Programs specifically designed based on your initial health and wellness goals. Exercise and wellness programs designed via nutrition tips, exercise prescription including, general overall strength and conditioning, core and posture focused exercises and corrective exercise, and mobility.

This 6-month* tailored fitness program is specifically designed to get you fitter and healthier pre wedding day!
