To train with me one time, the basic training rate is- $110 / hour

Perfect for the active or semi-active client who needs a little extra push or has reached a plateau in their fitness program.  Training frequency varies from week to week based on the clients needs.

Requirements to work with me: 60 min Initial Fitness Screening - $110

Includes a posture analysis, movement screening, body gauging, rapport building session.

Basic Partner Personal Fitness Training

Partner Fitness Package - 10 pack - $1400/per couple


Great for the client who likes to train with a friend! Plus, you can split the cost for personalized fitness coaching! Why workout alone when you can train with a buddy? Train with a friend or significant other to stay motivated and accountable!

Required: 60-min Initial Fitness Screening -  $160 per couple

Important info: All lessons expire 90 days from purchase date and cannot be used after the expiration date.

For the client who is stuck in a fitness rut and who needs more accountability. Want results? Ready to commit but also want to get the stress out with GENUINE fitness coaching with a trainer who doesn’t just count reps and watch the clock? Then the Sweat it Out, Let it Out Fit Programs are designed just for YOU!

These programs are designed for the client who is ready to commit to a lifestyle change and need longer term coaching.  All results driven programs include full kinetic assessment, body fat and BMI testing and before photos ( if applicable) during initial session.

Sweat it Out, Let it Out Fit Programs are geared towards goal setting and designed based on your current posture assessment, fitness level, and movement kinetics. Recommended to begin with a minimum of 4 lessons. We will review and assess every 4-6 weeks to track progress. 

For best results, at least 2 sessions per week, either in person and/or virtual are encouraged and allow for at least 3 months to start seeing and feeling results.

*Results may vary from individual to individual depending on your dedication and effort outside of our training lessons as well as metabolic function. As a team, we can strive  towards your optimal fitness and wellness goals!     

HEALTH INVESTMENT: 12-week To a Healthier You! Your health matters! Why not make it a priority with a trainer that is slightly obsessed with seeing you succeed.

$2,040.00 (24 sessions) To be paid in full at time of registration.   *Program expires in 3 months from start date. All unused sessions will be forfeited after that.

$2,880 (24 sessions) *Program expires in 3 months from start date. All unused sessions will be forfeited after that.


Monthly Online Fitness Support 


If you need additional accountability and coaching, online support is available to allow for continued success. Online personalized fitness programs and nutrition meal plans will be emailed to you weekly to keep you on track!

Cost: $150.00/month

Corporate Fitness and Corporate Yoga Classes  

Cost: $150.00 - $250.00 / hour

I also teach for other various special events including weddings, birthday parties, and bachelorette parties!
