Any of this sound familiar? I’ve been there too. As a busy AF on-the-go fitness instructor, at times my planned workouts suffer because I just didn’t prioritize TIME FOR MYSELF!! Taking care of everyone else with their fitness goals is a tiring but rewarding job. I know that if Im not taking care of myself, then Im no good to anyone else. Sound familiar?
There’s really no excuse not to add 10, 20, 30 minutes of exercise a day into your life! It can be done and even just a short workout can bring many health benefits.
