My Fit Pro Tips on How to Get Started with a Fitness Program!

This time more than ever, our health is so important. But for newbies, or beginners wanting to embark on a healthier lifestyle, the thought of just getting started can be daunting. But fear not! Here are a few of my tried and true pro fit tips to help you get started:

✅ Start with small goals - add 10-15 min of some form of movement to your day. It can be a brisk walk, a stretching session, or a mini dance session in your living room.

✅ Be accountable and schedule these 10-15 exercise sessions in your calendar! Or set an alarm on your phone or lap top everyday for movement!

✅ Find activities that you enjoy & that are going to motivate you! Dont take a remote spin class if you hate spin. Or dont start running if you your knees hurt & you really dont like running. Explore and experiment with new workouts or activities and see which one you like best!

✅ Hire a fitness coach! Even if its just for a few months to jumpstart your fitness goals. The benefits of hiring an expert in helping people with their fitness motivation, customized workout plans & accountability outweigh the negatives.

We all have to start somewhere! Just make sure not to get bogged down with unrealistic goals or comparing yourself to others who are further along in their fitness journey. 🙌🏼
